How to Load?
Make sure you have call card which is not used by others and new card with without scratch
- Scratch the silver panel to reveal the PIN.
- Open your GlobeOne/TM app or use the USSD reload option on your phone.
- In the app: choose “Load / Reload”, type the PIN, then confirm.
- On phone (no app): go to your provider’s reload menu or dial the reload code, enter the PIN when prompted, then confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS, your balance updates right away.
If it fails, check the PIN for mistakes, try again, or ask the store where you bought it. If the issue is not resolved, contact TM SIM support. Also, make sure your TM SIM signal is full and without errors.
