Ways to Request TM SIM Replacement
There are two methods you can request for TM SIM Replacement.
- Through GlobeOne App
- At Globe/TM Store
1 Through GlobeOne App (Online)
Step 1: Go to Play Store or App Store in your smartphone and install GlobeOne app.
Step 2: Login with the same TM number that you want to request for SIM replacement.
Step 3: In the dashboard you will find SIM Services option, click it.

Step 4: Here you will see the option Replace Defective/Damaged SIM, choose it.

Note: This option is only valid for those who have defective or damaged SIM which should be used within same device. For the lost/stolen phone you should visit Globe/TM Store or report it via Messenger Chatbot method given below.
Step 5: Now on this screen tick two options, tick the first for confirming that you are ready for TM SIM replacement and the second option for confirming that you are the owner of the SIM (TM SIM registered under your name) and accept Globe/TM terms and conditions.

Step 6: Then check your eligibility and verify your identity and confirm delivery address and submit request.
Step 7: Wait for delivery until TM officials will deliver within 3-5 days.
Step 8: After receiving the SIM activate your new SIM in SIM Services section.

2 At Globe/TM Store
- Bring required documents for SIM replacement. Complete list is given below of necessary documents.
- Find the nearest Globe/TM Store and visit there.
- Ask any staff for the SIM replacement.
- Provide them required documents with the fee.
- Submit request & sign required forms.
- New SIM will be issued to you or delivered at your address.
Fee for Requesting SIM Replacement
The fee for processing SIM replacement at GlobeOne App is different from if you request at Globe/TM Store. Below is given the fee list for both GlobeOne App and Globe/TM Store.

- Damaged SIM: Delivery fee only
- Upgrade to 5G SIM: Delivery fee only
Prepaid TM Users
- Damaged SIM: ₱10 + Delivery fee
- Upgrade to 5G SIM: ₱10 + Delivery fee
